The installation is centered on the tennis court, with two rows of splayed timber legs positioned on either side of the net.
Gathered green velvet forms a performance backdrop, producing high-contrast folds of light and shadow. The exposed frame shows its assembly from off-the-shelf components: nominal 2 × 4 timber studs, yellow tie-down straps, clamps, and Angelus Block 6 × 6 × 16 Concrete Slump Stone CMUs.
The CMUs ballast the legs, while the straps and clamps secure the connections. A pair of CMUs at the crown provides additional dead load, limiting lateral displacement. Structure and stabilization remain visible alongside the velvet surface.
